RBTBackstage.com is a SoundRabbit fan and music website that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online and browse content posted by the band and other Members in order to stay informed about SoundRabbit and share in the content posted to the website. The services offered by RBTbackstage.com include the RBTbackstage.com website (the "SoundRabbit Backstage") and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by RBTbackstage.com in connection with the band SoundRabbit. The RBTbackstage.com services are hosted in the U.S. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of RBTbackstage.com.  By using RBTbackstage.com, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" refers to a Visitor (a person who simply browses through the site, not registered) or a Member (a person who is a member of the website). You are only authorized to use RBTbackstage.com (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should leave the RBTbackstage.com website and discontinue use of RBTbackstage.com immediately. • Running pyramid schemes or other questionable business practices
• Capturing email addresses or other personal information for sending unsolicited communications
• Posting content that is an infringement of another's legal trademark or copyright
• Posting racist, lewd, explicit, or otherwise patently offensive content
• Posting content that would encourage or lead to criminal behavior on the part of other users
• Falsifying another's account, impersonating another, or creating a fake user account
• Posting any private data/content about, or photos of, a third party without his/her/their consent
• Intentionally uploading or transmitting any viruses, bugs/worms, spyware, or other unauthorized software to the website, or using the site unlawfully in an attempt to disable or harm the website
• Using the website for commercial purposes without the consent of the RBTBackstage.com administrators
• Using the website in any way other than its obvious intended purposes, or for any ethically questionable purpose
• Using any media (audio, video, photo/image, text) files downloaded from RBTBackstage.com for commercial or non-personal use without direct written consent from SoundRabbit, LLC

RBTBackstage.com Administration may at any time, and at its own sole discretion, ban or remove any user, for any reason deemed reasonable by RBTBackstage.com Administrators. RBTBackstage.com Administrators may at any time, and at its own discretion, remove or edit user-generated content posted by users within any area of the RBTBackstage.com website without notice.
